Become a Certified Sleep Wellness Consultant
A holistic, non-clinical adult sleep certification for wellness professionals, bodyworkers, coaches & healers who want to help clients
rest, regulate, and restore their natural sleep rhythms.
Most adults today aren’t truly sleeping — they’re collapsing.
Exhausted but wired.
Mentally tired but physically alert.
Scrolling until midnight.
Waking up at 2–3am with a busy brain.
Living in a constant state of “on.”
And as a wellness professional, you see it every day:
clients overwhelmed and overstimulated
professionals running on empty
parents burnt out
adults struggling to relax, unwind, and switch off
people who’ve tried every sleep tip and still feel exhausted
Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s a physiological foundation.
But modern life disrupts it at every level.
Your clients need guidance.
But not generic “sleep hygiene.”
Not apps.
Not tracking their sleep to fix their sleep.
They need a holistic approach that understands the body, mind, and daily patterns that shape adult sleep.
